These terms apply to orders placed with Simple Reviews, a business based in Laguna Beach, California. By placing an order you agree to them.
The product
The Simple Reviews Tap Card is a physical card with an NFC chip and a printed QR code. We program it to open the review link you give us, such as your Google Business Profile review link. The price is $50 USD. Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated at checkout.
Ordering and payment
Orders are placed and paid for through our checkout provider, Payhip. Your order is confirmed when payment is complete.
Your review link
You can paste your review link at checkout. If you leave it blank, we will email you for it before programming your card. Please make sure the link is correct and belongs to your business. Review platforms are run by third parties, and if a platform changes or removes your page, the card will open whatever that link shows.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free and usually takes 3 to 7 business days. If you leave your review link blank at checkout, your card ships after we receive it. If we can't ship within the time we stated, we will email you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your card ships. Email us with your order details.
If your card arrives damaged, does not work, or does not open the link you gave us, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Because each card is programmed to your link, we do not accept returns of a working card that opens the link you gave us. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Text messaging terms
Program. Simple Reviews sends text messages about your order and your questions, such as order confirmations, requests for your review link, shipping updates and support replies. We do not send marketing texts.

Opting in. You receive texts only after you contact us first, for example by texting us a question or texting START to (945) 277-3807, or by asking us to text you. We reply with a confirmation that includes how to opt out. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Using the card responsibly
The card opens a review page. It does not write, post, filter or influence reviews. By using it you agree to follow the rules of the review platform you link to. For example, do not offer rewards for reviews, do not steer only happy customers to the card, and do not pressure customers to leave a review while they are at your business. Some platforms, including Yelp, do not allow businesses to ask for reviews at all, so check a platform's rules before linking your card to it. Simple Reviews is not affiliated with Google, Yelp or any other review platform.
Limits
We cannot guarantee any number of reviews, ratings or new customers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
